OBITUARY
Mrs. Cynthia D. Williams, affectionately known as “Ms. Necey” was born on February 18, 1961 in Florence, SC. She was the daughter of Mr. Samuel W. Quillen, Sr. and the late Mary Lee Quillen. She departed this life on Sunday, May 6, 2018.
"Necey" attended the public schools of Florence County. She graduated from Wilson High school in the Class of 1979. While in Florence, she worked at Kleer Knit until they closed. After leaving Kleer Knit, she owned a home daycare.
Necey loved her family and would do anything for anybody. She would always put herself last to ensure that everyone else’s needs were met. She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Henry E. Williams and they had been together for 43 years. Necey was devoted to her business and loved all of her kids. Necey was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend.
In addition to her husband and mother, Necey was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin Butler, and granddaughter, Jada Butler.

Quillen, Sr.; Children: Tomekia (Carlos) Quillen, Jermaine (Sierra) Williams, Tevin (Davisia) Williams all of Florence; Grandchildren: Jasmyn (Stevie) Mumford, Cavari Butler, Samaria Smith, Morgan Butler, Elias Williams, Alora Williams, all of Florence; Great grandchild: Kaileigh Mumford of Florence; Brothers: Samuel W. Quillen Jr. and Anthony Quillen of Florence; Brothers-in-law: Thomas (Cynthia) Williams, Freddie (Lillian) Williams, Gregory Williams; Sisters-in-law: Enonas Lewis and Vermelle Lewis both of Florence, Carolyn Williams of Hemingway, SC, and Rudell (Fareed) Williams of Philadelphia, PA; mother-in-law: Gladys Timmons of Florence; 3 adopted daughters: Carol (Sammie) Woodbury, Maria (Larome) Bradley, and Falisha (James) Gregg; and adopted granddaughter: Alaisha McCoy and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
