“For now I am ready to be offered and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course. I have kept the faith.” - II Timothy 4:6-7
EVA MAE HINES BARTELL was born on May 30, 1926 in Florence, SC to the late Elisha and Hattie McWhite Hines. She departed this earthly life on Thursday April 5, 2018 at Palmetto Faith Nursing Home in Florence, SC.
EVA MAE obtained her early education in Florence County and lived her full life as a homemaker, working on the farm, in the gardens, and caring for her family. At an early age, she gave her life to Christ and became a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Claussen, SC, where she served on the Senior Choir until her health began to decline.
She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Richard Allen Bartell to which nine children were born.
