Obituary

Islam Elijah Bonner (Izzy) attended the public schools of Florence county. He worked at Bojangles and the EI pharmaceutical warehouse. Affectionately called Izzy by the family. Izzy loved his friends as his brothers. He also had a love for dirt bikes, four-wheelers and jewelry most important his family. Izzy was fortunate to have 2 mothers Sonya Cooper (biological) and Sharon Renee Cooper.

He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Annie Lou Cooper and Pearlie Mae Williams, grandfather Alonzo Cooper Jr.

Survivors include his children Aayan and Aayanah Bonner, his mother Sonya Cooper (Heyward Evans), his parents Alonzo (Sharon) Cooper, Brothers; Ali Cooper, Chazmine Mcneil, Omar (April) Williams and Andre D. Haynes. Sisters ; Aaliyah Cooper, Haylee Evans, Stormie Evans, Amonie Britt Cooper. Four nephews and five nieces. Four Aunts and Four Uncles Special Aunt Barbara Johnson of Jacksonville, Florida. Special Uncles Michael Cooper of Florence, SC, and Joey Williams of Georgia. Special Friend and mother of his children Kaysona ,Host of other relatives and friends.

With tearful eyes I watched you, slowly fade away,

Although I loved you dearly, I could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest.

God broke my heart to prove to me,

He only takes the best.

Your memory is our keep sake with us you will never part.

God has you in his keeping, but we have

you in our hearts.
