Renate Gordon

On January 10, 2019, God open the gates of heaven and welcomed our beloved Renate Gordon.  She was born September 15, 1980 in Jamaica N.Y. to Earnest and Alberta Gordon.

       Renate was a member of the Christ Church International formerly (AFA) Jamaica, NY under the pastorate of Bishop Joseph N. Williams, Sr.  There she served faithfully with the usher board and the food pantry until she relocated to South Carolina with her family.  After residing in New York for 38 years, Renate was a 2001 graduate of Beach Chanel High School in Farrockway NY.  Renate lover her music, loved taking selfie picture, dancing and she loved working.  She was employed at stop and shop supermarket chain where she was diligent employer before relocating to South Carolina.

      Renate was proceed in death by her maternal grand parents; Walter Kelly Sr. and Flossie Eaddy Kelly.  Also her paternal grand parents; Gene and Cornelius Gordon Emerson.

     Those left to cherish her memories is her parents, Ernest and Alberta C. Gordon of Florence, SC.  Her loving sisters Rachel Gordon from Riverdale, GA and Theresa Kelly of Pamplico, SC.  Her loving brother Derrick Gordon of her home.  One niece Shatima Gordon of Riverdale, GA.  One nephew Marcus L. Kelly of Pamplico, SC.  Two aunts, Betty Daniels of Jamaica NY and Annie Ruth Kelly of Johnsonville, SC.  Godmother, Ruby Scoiners of Springfield Garden, NY.  Three uncle Deacon Bossman Eaddy of Florence, SC.  Walter Kelly Jr of Pamplico, SC.  Charlie Quarterbum of Aiken, SC.  A dear friend, Jimmy Hernandez of Jamaica NY and Jacquline Monroe from Brooklyn NY.  A host of relatives and friend.
