He was bless, he was loved, and now he is free

Christopher Kion McCormick was born on August 24, 1995. He attended the public schools of Florence county. He graduated from West Florence High School in 2016. Christopher loved his family. He also had a love for football.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Mary James, maternal grandparents Ernestine McCormick and Jimmy McCormick and uncle Rodney McCormick.

Survivors include his parents Tywanda McCormick and Christopher James of Florence SC. Brothers; Tyez Robert Unique White and Hayden Kirkley Sister; Jahmirah Artasia McCormick. Six  Aunts; Lamittha McCormick, Loretta McCormick, Teresa McCormick, Jackie James, Lisa James, Patricia Rowell and  one uncle Benji McCormick.. Special Friend and Host of other relatives and friends.

With tearful eyes I watched you, slowly fade away,

Although I loved you dearly, I could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest.

God broke my heart to prove to me,

He only takes the best.

Your memory is our keep sake with us you will never part.

God has you in his keeping, but we have
