Heniretta Boatwright was born on February 7, 1955 to the late Ildean White and Charles Hannah.  On February 26, 2021 Heniretta was called home.

Heniretta received her education with Florence County, Johnsonville Schools and was a member of St. Luke AME Church in Johnsonville, SC.

Heniretta was affectionately known as “Little Hen” or “Tang” by her friends, family and the community.  Heniretta was  a very loving, caring and understanding woman.  She was very humble and well –known and if there was anything she could do for you; without a doubt she would go out her way to do it.  Heniretta always greeted everyone with a smile.  She was a loving mother and grandmother, sister, auntie, cousin and friend.   She will be deeply missed but, her love and compassion for others will live on with all who knew her.

Heniretta is preceded in death by her parents Ildean White and Charles Hannah, husband Donnie Boatwright and Jalaina Durant her grandchild.

She leaves to cherish her memories her kids; Loretta Brown of Cithonia, Georgia and Jerry (Elaine) Durant of Johnsonville, SC.   One sister; Betty Jean Brown of Johnsonville, SC.  Two brothers; Henery (Essie Mae) Brown of North Carolina and Lewis (Vermell) Brown of Hemingway, SC.  Five grandchildren; Jalaina Davis, Demetrius Durant, Urshula Davis and Adrianna Durant.   Four special friends; Wendy Flemming, Annie Ruth Kelly, Mary Campbell and Emma Jones.  A host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
