Mr. J. C. Kirven was born August 01, 1954 to the late  Itlean Kennedy Burch and the late George Kirven.  He departed this life on Thursday, January  10, 2019.

J.C. attended Wilson High School and further his education at Florence -Darlington Technical College.

Later in life,  J.C.  became employed with Pee Dee Metal Health.

J.C. is preceded in death by his parents; Itlean K Burch, George Kirven, and two brothers; Josh Kirven, and David Hazelton.   J.C. was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

J.C., leave to cherish his fond memories to his loving children:  Gloria Brown from Darlington SC; Shawn (Joninita) Whitley, Florence SC; and Micheal (Mildred) Jackson, Florence, SC.  Thirteen beautiful grandchildren.  One sibling, Linda (Hayward) Davis, Effingham SC. Three aunts, Lucille Hall, Ilreen Gain, and Gracie Wilson. A host of  nieces, nephews, and friends. A special thank you to Bishop Richard Gordon, Pathway Church, and St. Matthew Church for their love and support during our time of need.
