Nina Felicia Townsend was born January 26, 1983 to Doren and Charlene Townsend . She departed this earthly life on April 24, 2020 after an  illness.

Nina was an alumni of  Wilson High School . She was the proud mother of one son, Jaylin Townsend whom she loved dearly. She was a devoted caregiver to the elderly and her grandmother the late Cornelia Weeks, working for  various  nursing and home health agencies.

Nina always had a love for Christ and faithfully attended Shekinah Glory Seventh Day Adventist Church.  Even in sickness she never     waivered from her love for God and her faith in Him.

Nina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Howard Townsend, Sr., Mary E. Townsend, Charles Henry Weeks, and Cornelia W. Weeks and one uncle Tyrone Townsend.

Left to cherish her loving memories are her son Jaylin I. Townsend;   parents Doren and Charlene Townsend all of the home; a brother    Christopher D. (Angela) Townsend of Spartanburg, South Carolina,; a sister Melissa Townsend of Florence, South Carolina;  six loving aunts: Rosa (Kenneth) Frederick, Wanda Townsend, Faye Townsend, Rose Townsend, Teresa Townsend, all of Florence, South Carolina and Gail Townsend of Walterboro, South Carolina: five dear uncles: Kevin C. White, of Florence, South Carolina, Robert Howard (Sondra) Townsend of Bear, Delaware, Norman Townsend, Cleveland Townsend and Triston Townsend, all of Florence, South Carolina;  a host of  cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
