Mr. Richard Lawayne Bostick, 30, the husband of Velika Bostick, died Monday, December 21st, 2020 at home.

Mr. Bostick was born October 10th, 1990 to his parents Melissa Bostick (Phil Green) of Pamplico, SC and Richard Bostick of Coward, SC.  He was a Hannah Pamplico High School graduate, class of 2009.  After high school, he attended Benedict College.   Richard was a member of Outreach Deliverance Church and worked at the Upstate Evaluation Center as a correctional officer.

Richard enjoyed watching his team the New England Patriots and spending time with his family.

Richard is preceded in death by his grandparents.

Surviving in addition to his wife, father and mother are one daughter Harmonee Jennings of the home, one brother Detavious Bostick (Michelle Weston) of Florence, SC, two sisters Shatavious Bostick of Pamplico, SC and Keisha Hickson of Lake City, SC, grandmother Mary L. Brown Late (Waymer L. Brown) of Pamplico, SC, Loraine (Adam)  Bostick of Baltimore, Willie (Rosa) Singletary of Lake City, SC, sister-in-law Tonika (Donte) Grubbs of Union, SC, mother-in-law Teresa (Carlton) Gladney of Newberry, SC, two special friends Thomas Late (Antonique)Willingham of Union, SC and Phillip Rogers of Florence, SC, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
