Mrs. Vernetta Nicole Washington Brunson was born October 9, 1980 to Joyce Ann Graham Washington and James Wesley   Washington Jr. in Florence County, SC. “Nikki” as she was        affectionately called departed this earthly life on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at her residence.

Nikki graduated from Hannah-Pamplico High School in 1999. She briefly worked as a patient care aide until her health began to decline. Nikki always had a great love for children and even in her illness would babysit for friends.

Nikki was known for her humble spirit, big heart and beautiful smile. She was a member of Pentecostal United Church of Christ Apostolic where she was baptized in Jesus Name.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Lil Miss Vaquasha Nikkera Washington, both maternal and  fraternal grandparents, James and Lizzie Graham, and James and Millerdean          Washington Sr.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories, husband of the home Mr. Anthony Brunson, three sons Jarvis Washington, Markel “Tae” Brunson, and Nikolas Brunson all of the home; a brother James Washington III “JT”; two sisters Kidada Graham of   Florence, SC and Stephanie Washington of Pamplico, SC. One nephew who lived with her Semaj Washington; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and countless other relatives and friends.
