God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb; so he gently closed his eyes and whispered “Peace Be Still”. The weary hours, the days of pain, the sleepless nights are past. The ever patient worn out frame, has found sweet rest at last.
Mrs. Bonnie “Faye” Kaine, daughter of the late Foster and Della J. Barr was born November 15, 1961 in Florence County. She attended public school in Pamplico, S.C. and New York City. She moved to Conn. at an early age and eventually made NYC her home. After an extended stay in New York she decided to make Bishopville her new home. Faye as she was affectionately known, carried herself as a happy energetic person who loved to clown around. The party didn’t start until she entered the room. She loved life and the people she came in contact with, no one was a stranger to her. Faye loved flowers and anything that was bright. Oh “where is my lipstick and eyeliner”. Didn’t leave home without it.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, God, who is perfect in all things, called “Faye” to her heavenly home after a long illness. Those left to cherish her loving memories are her siblings, Janet (John) Verner, NYC, Edward Earl Barr, Bishopville, S.C. Gwendolyn (Frankie) McNeil, Pamplico, S.C. Dale Barr, Hartford Ct., Foster Jr. Barr, Hartford CT. Nathaniel Vereen, NYC and Stella Vereen of NYC. A host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. A “SPECIAL” person who made sure her life was smooth sailing “Marilyn”, thanks is never enough for you and what you’ve done.
