Jimmie Peguese was born on September 8, 1956 to the late Doland Peguese and Pearlie Mae Cain-Peguese. On January 5, 2021, God called one of his soldier home.
Jimmie believed that putting in hard work would pay off with success. He was a mentor of demonstrating a harder worker that retired as a CSX Transportation Mechanic and Owner of the Peguese Brothers Garage.
Jimmie was a faithful member that attended Pee Dee Baptist Church. He was a dedicated trustee and a member of the Pee Dee Baptist Church Anniversary Committee. Jimmie loved his family and he will be greatly missed.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his wife Harriet Peguese, his father Doland Peguese, his mother Pearlie Mae Cain-Peguese, brothers Douglas Peguese, Carl Peguese, James Peguese, Wallance Peguese, Leon Peguese, sisters: Minister Virginia McElveen (Minister Freddie, Sr.) Doris Lee Washington and Ada Peguese, and one sister-in-law Frances Peguese.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories to his children: John Jason (Wannie Jeffrey) Purvis of Florence, SC and Donald (Shameka C. Lawson) Jordan Purvis. Siblings: Willie Peguese of Florence, SC, Thomas (Vondella) Peguese of Florence, SC, Gloria Peguese of Florence, SC, Joan Becoat of Florence, SC, Myrtle Jones of Florence, SC and James Washington Sr of Florence, SC. Four grandchildren: Akasha Lawson of Florence, SC, Kaleb Jordan Purvis of Marietta, GA, Blake Jeffrey and Bryson Jeffrey. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
