Ms.Rosa Cannon

Rosa Cannon was born and raised in Bridgeville,Delaware and later moved to South Carolina.Rosa Cannon was well known and loved by all who knew her. She would help anyone who was in need. Rosa had many jobs starting out in a plant and working her way up to Vendor Representative for the State of Delaware. Rosa returned as a Vendor Representative twice for the State of Delaware. After her second retirement,Rosa devoted her time to caring for her grandmother Carrie Frisby. When you saw one you knew the other one wasn't far behind. Rosa attended Mt. Olive Baptist Church until her health started failing her. She loved singing in the Mass Choir and ushering on occasions. 

Rosa Cannon was proceeded in death by her parents Audley and Bernice Jones, her grandmother Carrie Frisby, her aunts Catherine Felder and Elise Charleston, son Benjamin Cannon, her grandson James Jones Jr., and a great granddaughter Kadesia Jones. She is survived by her children James Jones Sr.,(Clarice ),Cynthia Durham, Kendra Cannon of Florence South Carolina and Jules K Cannon Jr of Delaware. Her grandchildren Tameika, Andre’, Jasmine, Jules, Charles, Keyonna, Breonna,Ta'Shonna, Talissa, Lamaris, CaShawn, Kenny and Jermaine. Rose also leaves behind her great grandchildren Kevin, Kay'von,KeShawn, Mya and Justice, Ariana, Kylie, Ariah,Bella, Kanai, and Nevah who will never have the opportunity to meet her on this side.

Rosa is also survived by her siblings DeloiseJones, JoAnne Jones, Marjorie Moore, VernaJones, Audley Jones Jr., Rudolph Jones and a cousin who had a special place in heart Lonnie Brown. She was also survived by a host of nieces,nephews, cousins and friends.
